FeaturedThe ImmuSort database is a freely available database on gene plasticity and electronic sorting for immune cells. Gene plasticity is defined as the extent of the change in a gene’s expression in response to various environmental or genetic influences. Electronic sorting is a bioinformatics process to retrieve samples based on gene expression intensity and annotated sample information. Several distinguishing features and applications are listed based on the database.

A direct view of gene plasticity.

Re-evaluation of biomarkers of immune cells and their subsets.

Comparison of gene plasticity and gene expression.

Identification and evaluation of cell specific genes or transcripts.

Electronic sorting based on gene expression intensity.

  Transcript variant analyses (expression intensity,plasticity,etc.).
